I see a "Circle Trips" restriction, but no open jaw restriction. Assuming this is a trip to ABQ, you should be able to book DCA-MCI-ABQ on one PNR, and ABQ-DCA on another. (Just tried it, seems to be allowed.)

If this is just a MR, then I can see why the OP wants this on one PNR. I haven't had any experience with MX/WX across multiple PNR, and have no desire to do so in the future!

Sorry, looked at the wrong fare code. Appears not possible due to "MILEAGE OF THE OPEN SEGMENT MUST BE EQUAL/LESS THAN MILEAGE OF THE SHORTEST FLOWN FARE COMPONENT. "

So apparently not possible to combine different fares, unless you're really going out of your way and the origin-destination distance is less than the shortest flight segment.
