just a note: BA D fares earn 350% on AS, not 650. Nothing earns 650, in fact. The highest you can get is with 75k status on a full F fare on eg BA:

100% base
125% MVP75k
200% COS
200% new additional bonus

= 625%.

A earns 450% without status, D earns 350% without status
