That will be possibly the most comfortable s/h experience you will ever have. First seating with CE service, sort of CE+

IIRC correctly it is only TK that ever ran a full First service on intra-Europe s/h. They were using some Jet Airways 777s which they had on lease and had some spare capacity so ran them to LHR 2-3 times a week.

Which BTW I did years ago using bmi miles (plus IIRC) some £40. There were only three of us in the cabin and the service was fantastic. I even had popcorn given to me when I settled down to watch a film!

Only fun but mildly embarrassing bit was being greeted at Istanbul by a supercharged golf buggy to get us through immigration and customs in ridiculously fast time.

Ah... them were the days when s/h travel could be fun!
