My wife just used the ladies washroom, and came back to tell me the room
was "disgusting" - dirty, no lights, not cleaned for quite a while.

I reported it to the lounge attendant, the reply was " I know, and my manager
knows, but nothing can be done about it".

Yes, I know it is a holiday, but I cannot believe there is no cleaning/maintenance
staff on duty today. And, in a food serving area, this becomes a health hazard
as well.

Unbelievable !
I don't know if this is a GTAA or an AC issue, but either way it should be fixed.
