That sounds right. I qualified for 1K on 12/13 and am still waiting for my RPUs and GPUs. I sent a note to UA through their website on 12/21 and still have not received a reply, 5 days later. I've been waiting for the GPUs to book a trip to HKG, but yesterday found a very good J fare on MU so purchased it instead.
