She seemed to be speaking to someone (her husband?), but often laughed quite loudly. This is why I woke up and tried to watch films. Then all movies did not start and always said "sorry this film is currently not available" or something. Then it appeared that that was the system failure.
Ahh, yes, not the same flight as me then. I was there on Saturday, funnily enough still some IFE problems although sounds like they weren't as bad as the ones on your flight. The gentleman in 1K on my flight was quite clearly the husband or boyfriend of one of the crew members as well.
