Wow - I thought the best people got were 15% off coupons. 25% off (even just base fare) is worth more to me than the cost of a night at the airport Hilton, but if you e-mail reply back to them and thank them for the goodwill gesture but explain that AC's agents committed to reimbursing hotel expenses, as they had done for many others on the flight, you should eventually get it.
