In/on Baltra (near GPS airport) there was service from Movistar and Claro. Movistar provided 4G service but at times I had to disconnect/reconnect to get data to work. Claro had service on Baltra and on 2G service on Santa Cruz. I found n cell service on any carrier anywhere else in the Galapagos. I suspect there may be some near the other airport, on San Cristóbal.
