Firefly is not an option if you are arriving from SYD and taking a connecting flight. All FY flights depart from SZB - you'd have to change airports.
I don't know how frequent the train runs between T1 and T2 (I don't even know if they run at that hour), but if I were you, I'd take the later MH flight. With your status, you can use the slumber rooms at MH FCL and catch a few hours sleep before your MH flight.
