Thanks for the advice everyone! I travel all over the world constantly for work and pleasure (though amazingly I haven't made it down under before now) and depending on where you go Duty Free (for booze, I rarely buy anything other than that or rare cosmetics for my wife) can be a real deal or a scam. AUS and NZ sound like the situation in the US, where it's usually not worth it. I can think of any number of Asian destinations where the opposite is true so thought I'd ask
