Booked a domestic U.S. trip for myself and the lovely Mrs. PGF. I called to split the PNR so I could apply SWUs to her outbound and return flights. One flight (out of two) on the outbound trip cleared immediately and all remaining flights waitlisted.

When I check both PNRs on line neither is showing the requested upgrades. There's nothing displayed for either PNR in the usual spot where you see the checkboxes for requesting upgrades. Checking our other PNRs everything shows as expected.

I called and confirmed that upgrades have been applied for both of us (SWUs for her, complimentary 500 milers for me).

Anyone else not seeing requested upgrades in their PNRs?
