I've had that a few times and it was always ticketing issues. Once the ticket hadn't been re-issued after a GUC cleared, the other were (IIRC) were schedule changes and my flights had changed and the re-ticketing wasn't done correctly. So call. If they hem and haw and don't give you a straight answer then it is probably SSSS.
