Same here. I've had it happen a couple of times. Once it was a ticketing problem and the most recent time it was a problem with their OLCI process which created a ticketing problem. I'd call to see what is going on in case it is something more problematic. Better to find out now then to find out at the counter when you're more pressed for time.
