The smallest Embraer jet (the 135) is approved for London City. That's a 37 seat aircraft. However, the Fokker 70 seats up to about 80, so it's in a different league.
The only other currently produced aircraft with similar seating capacity is the Dash 8 Series 400 turboprop. It has almost identical seating capacity to the Fokker 70. But it's not a jet, and some people are weird that way. (Ceterus paribus, jets need more runway, and wouldn't you want to be aboard an airplane that needed *less* runway?)
LCY is my favourite airport and could teach the U.S. some lessons about how to address aviation capacity problems.
