I've flown from MAD to T7, and yes the business class is fine, good food and a high level of service. If you enjoy Spanish style food and drink then it is certainly worthy of consideration. I'd still rank UD above that, particularly in Super J. LHR to JFK is something of an iconic route for many of us.
