Hi all, older thread I know but I've searched and can't find this topic anywhere else.
Just got the Ink Preferred and am in a similar position as OP with some significant monthly spend with Level 3 as well as a couple of other commercial telecom providers.
AMEX is still coding as Communications - Other Telecom and Business Services - Professional Services and Merchandise & Supplies - Computer Supplies respectively.
Is the best course of action still to call Chase after the fact and work on getting things coded properly?
