I haven't flown US transcon in a while. I've been using UA. We flew PIT-PHX the other night, and I was so disappointed. Not just in the food; in realizing how far down this product has gone in a few short years.

As we received our plastic tray with the child-size sandwich for our "dinner", we reminisced about the folded, printed menus with three entree choices which we used to receive; the sundaes; etc. It wasn't that long ago that US First was a decent product. Now? McFirst.
