Op-ups no but if you upgrade with miles not using a special offer you do get lounge (and chauffeur drive unofficially at certain stations if they can find a car).

i've upgraded through the app in the car on the way to the airport and I'm told the ticket is valid for lounge/chauffeur even if I didn't have status.
