thanks for the link, as have beed thinking about it for ages, so always wondered. The pre clearance sounds a great benefit - more so for me as I get stressed when getting to T7 - I have problems with the fingerprint machines. I have dermatitis on my hands and occasionly have had to spend a few mins in secondary whilst they bypass the system on their computers. Quite stressful if have ongoing connections. Its seems only JFK it happens btw - coincidence Im sure, but weird.

So yes - a definite advantage indeed, if you can survive the flight direct
