Not really. My one and only CW-F (so far) was as a silver so I wouldn't assume... that said I do seem to do quite well on short haul. Ex-LCY will be gold heavy compared to Gatwick for instance.
Nothing you can do to influence it, except (anecdotally) check in early and be the sort of person who looks like they might spend more, regularly, to get CE if they got used to it.
