No, no one really does!

I certainly wouldn't be worrying whether a teenager needs one however, esp just pre a short haul flight!

Nice if can get it, otherwise I'm sure he'll survive 60 minutes in the main terminal. I certainly wouldn't be spending my life looking or paying for alternative arrangements.
