I would suggest AA via LHR both ways.

The J hard product is, IMO, the best of all oneworld options (bar possibly EI, especially if one takes preclearance into account). And on the way back, as a Silver, you will get MCE for free - it's not WT+ but it's definitely a whole lot better than standard Y.
