I'm just wondering if anyone has had success getting a Skywards upgrade J-F on EK001 (the breakfast time departure from DXB to LHR)? I am travelling in about 6 weeks and this flight is the only one showing without any F award seats although according to EF there are plenty of seats available (F4,A4) and the seat map on EF suggests an empty F cabin. All other EK flights to LHR show fewer available revenue seats but all have F award seats open.

I am aware the EF does not necessarily see an accurate picture but I wonder if revenue sales on this flight are particularly high and as such EK don't release awards in F until much nearer the time if at all? I know that I might be able to upgrade on board but would like to spend my 3 hour connection in the F lounge if possible
