It's inconvenient, but it's also the most certain way. Once boarding the cabin and asking someone else to switch seat is just NOT the way to go in premium cabin...

I fully understand your frustration... It's a flight so soon, you are top elite, you have 2 biz [presume] revenue tix, so why in the world can't they help?...
