No mention of an exclusion for tickets purchased within seven days.
The website link does not mention the 7 day restriction but beside the ticket receipt, it is now in the CoCs. No word yet of UA enforcing this new restriction.

This was noticed by others a few months ago and is noted earlier in this thread.
