I am talking with our corporate travel office who is aware of these fares but has told me we are responsible for reading the fare rules and we do not have to pick them due to the non-changeable restriction.

However, I pointed out, we don't have the capability now in Concur to choose a better fare class... we just select cabin and refundable/non-refundable.

I have suggested they filter these out. Right now we get a pop-up warning about Delta basic economy fares....
