Data Point- Data only T mo sim in an ipad mini. 15 mbs down and 2 up in Buenos Aires and Ushuaia (LTE in Ushuaia so its not a backwater). Dec 7 to Dec 21. I was able to get H in the Beagle Channel about 10 miles out of harbor.
