Been awhile since I've flown WN at STL, but I believe with the relative growth of the WN operation (now over 100 daily departures) there is considerable activity in that area of the airport compared to A & C concourses. STL doesn't have free wifi, but I believe there is an ad-supported low bandwidth 15-minute courtesy interval. Probably best place to slum it in the concourse is California Pizza Kitchen or Vino Volo.
