This is maybe the 3rd time this year that I've spoken to the Indian call centre & their systems are not working.
I've had that excuse 3 times in the last fortnight with the UK call centre. Although in each case they persevered and did what they needed to. They sounded pretty fed up of it themselves, so perhaps there is a genuine IT issue at the moment?
