Disagree completely and Delta, AA... never lied to me like UAL did. Million miler benefits for life. Even the judge called them dishonest while dismissing the suit on a technicality. Like many, will never trust them again unless they admit and correct their mistake and you justify misrepresentation? No wonder it continues when deemed acceptable by some.
