Try USPS Flat Rate Large Boxes
You might try USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate LARGE Boxes.

They cost $16.75 per box and are available in two different sizes

23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3"

or

12" x 12" x 5-1/2"


There is NO weight limitation, but you can only fit what fits in the box!

You may need many boxes but they are inexpensive and can be tracked.
