As far as I know they can only drive you from the FCL A (actually a small passport control check point on the tarmac level) to Dock E and not to the actual aircraft. At least this was how it used to be.

I'd go straight to E by Heidi's train and cut out the FCL A. There is no security between A and E via Heidi's train.
