The teenager of my house got into the BA lounges with no problems when she was 17, perhaps even when she was 16, using either a BA Silver card or a Club ticket. She looks over 18, however - and is also intelligent enough to be aware when not to attract attention. Go for it, act sensibly and it'll likely be fine.
