What is the best option:
1) Go to FCL E > Plane? Would immigration take too long you think?
2) Go to FCL A > Limo transfer to FCL E > Plane?
3) Go to FCL A > Plane?

3 days ago, it did not take more than 10 min. for me to go from A to E via passport control and train. If your inbound is on time, you will roughly have a good hour in FCL.
Should there be a long queue at passport control (I recall a very long queue up to the Sprüngli shop some time ago, when many flights were delayed due to bad weather), then I would do the transfer via FCL A. But generally passport control is very fast.
Should your flight depart from D, you will be driven from FCL E to D.
