I got one J seat YVR-LHR return with SE YQ waiver that cost $397 in fees in August. Almost all of that was listed as UKAPD, which you'll pay either way.
Just did my own search using my AE account, and then my wife's.

3 x PAX YOW-LHR return June-July 2017, all AC metal.

Mrs. 13F non-status: $2860.62
SE100k fees: $1228.62

Difference: $1432.00

Ignoring the other incremental benefits from 75k to 100k, it's worth at least this much to me.
