I guess this topic has been covered here at least a billion times, but I'm 101% puzzled anyhow

I live in Copenhagen and fly around 20-25 flights in Nordics/Europe every year + 3-4 long haul flights (mostly to Asia and Africa).

Currently I'm both Eurobonus and Lufthansa Miles & More member, which doesn't make much sense. The number of flights in a calendar year is not necessarily enough for Eurobonus Gold or M&M Frequent Flyer status, but can't quite figure out if there's a major difference between the two programs regarding upgrades or flight awards, or is one of them generally more beneficial for me?
