Thanks for the summary. Grinstein sounds like he's trying to make DL more customer friendly, which is good for all of us. We can only hope that he's able to get pilot costs down to the industry average (or at least legacy carrier average), and then really enhance the SM program (not :-: enhance :-: ) and bring people back.

I really would like to see them finally complete the transition to the dripping paint livery before they decide to change it again.
