APPETIZER
Seared prawns, smoked halibut, mango, pepper, ginger salsa, saffron dill mayonnaise

SALAD
Rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, Parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette




MAIN COURSE
Rack of lamp, cherry tomato confit, buttered mashed potatoes, sautéed parsley field mushroom

This main was really good, easily in the top 3 AC J mains I've had. Kudos to AC for this ^




SELECTION OF CHEESE AND DESSERTS
French Brie, smoked Cheddar, Red Leicester, crackers





Chocolate, vanilla bean, mocha ice cream




LIGHT MEAL
Sandwich selection of piri piri chicken, egg salad with chives, harissa hummus with petters. Scones, jam, clotted cream. Fresh orange segments.
