The FAQ is kinda funny. At one point they claim you can still use the plastic card with the chip removed in magstripe readers. I suppose that's true once you force magstripe fallback after the terminal gives up trying to read the chip that's no longer there.

They also claim it has a 30 day money back guarantee. So you decide you don't like it and send it back. Well you're still stuck with a plastic card with no chip. You then have to call your bank and ask for a new card, resulting in them paying to generate and send you a new card at their expense because of this stupid thing.
