Karfa that's right, and thanks everyone... hopefully not having to specify a counter is reality..

would have been much nicer if their website clarified this - but then again I dont expect much from a company which asks me to provide my customer details, again, again, again and again... I very rarely use them for cash, always pre-order and only use them for top-ups.. currencyexchange and prepaid credit cards are much better for me.
