For some reasons the US website does not allow me to find the information I need on miles upgrade.

I am trying to figure out how many miles I would need to upgrade from a classic business class ticket to first class on the following legs: JFK-AUH and AUH-MEL.

And what is the process for this type of ugpgrade when you have the points available but no status.
