So no seat recommendations based on the seat map? I think I'll choose choose two middle seats in row 17 or row 16. I believe the seats around them are empty so should be peaceful enough.
Indeed, sometimes there are no 4, 7, 13, 14 (etc..) floors. It has to do with unlucky numbers but also trying to make the building very tall so that people on the 20th floor think they are very high up when they buy a flat.

Remember that empty seats are often fill due to upgrades. Also, the further back you sit, the more noise/vibration you will get because of the engine and the wing.
