Good afternoon esteemed flyers,

A bit of a basic question, but one that I couldn't see answered in the wiki. I've just realised that I have a couple of jokers expiring soon, but my forward bookings on BA have been made through travel agents. Can I upgrade these bookings using a joker by calling the GGL line, or are there restrictions imposed on TA bookings similar to the use of GUF vouchers? The bookings are all vanilla, BA metal, point-to-point, return flights.
