Nope, I didn't hear it from Tuan, I heard it from my VOA service and I have friends who heard it from their services as well. Tuan confirmed here once I posted. There has definitely been a change in policy, how long it takes to percolate to the desks at the airport is the real question. I'm bringing $135 per person and if we have to pay that we will do a 2 day one night excursion to Siem Reap for kicks because we can, but am hoping we just need $25 each for the single entry visas we have the VOA letter for.
