Alcohol is free in all cabins on long-haul international. Delta Comfort+ will offer extra legroom and extra recline. I see no reason to think that the row behind comfort+ would have extra legroom. AND the seat in front of you, a Comfort+ seat, will likely have extra recline into your space.
