Tried to change an award flight from today to tomorrow. System gave me some nonsense message about it being a "non refundable ticket" and no changes/cancellations were allowed. Mobile app wouldn't give me the change option either. After some stumbling around with various "change/cancel" prompts on the site, I discovered using the checkin function and then un-checking in restored the ability to make changes. Although once I submitted the change I got a different error message, but the reservation seems to have stuck. Was able to check in to the new flight and print BP.

On another note, checking a future CLE-RSW roundtrip, there's a first class upgrade marketing banner being displayed in the middle of the res with the wrong city pairs. Apparently I can upgrade to F on CLE-FLL. At least it's in southern Florida.
