As mentioned above, just write to the service people at AC (fill in their contact sheet online), mention all your flight details, ticket number etc. and then state that according to EU law you are entitled to and want to receive a compensation of EUR 600.
Out of experience they will also offer you a flight voucher valued at EUR 900 instead of the cash. If you opt for the cash you need to provide your address and they will send you a cheque.
