Sadly not. If it's a paper transportation voucher then it cannot be used at AA.com. The only options are to mail it in, use it at an AA ticket office or airport. It says on the voucher that if the intended travel is 12 days or more from the ticketing date then call 800-433-7300 to book. That will result in them then requesting you to mail it in.
