Well, it is a technical issue

I just mean that if a lounge agent refuses to let me in on arrival, I'm going to write in through the normal channels. But when there's something like this, I need to talk to someone who:
1. Knows that I know what I'm talking about
2. Cares enough to try to fix it

Because the second I mention DCS and HK in an email to customer relations, I assume it's going nowhere
