Recently stayed at Banff Springs on the Amex FHR Rate.

I think rate was $439, and we received the following:

Breakfast for 2 ($70)
A complimentary Lunch or Dinner (They took $150 off our bill at Grapes)
4 PM Checkout
Noon Check-in

All were honored. Great deal.
